Our Innovative Service Solutions will keep your HVAC and Control System in balance...at a price to fit your budget. By relying on our certified technicians to examine and maintain your HVAC and Control System, you will increase your return on investment, guarantee occupant comfort and assure consistent performance.

Most service repairs are the result of poor preventative maintenance. The high cost of HVAC service repairs is one of the most common complaints and it is primarily contributed to the HVAC and Control System not being maintained properly. A scheduled Preventative Maintenance Service Plan reduces untimely and expensive emergency service calls and keeps your HVAC and Control System operating at peak efficiency.

Our Innovative Service Solutions offer a variety of flexible planned maintenance service agreements that allow you to choose the appropriate level of coverage to fit your needs. The benefits of our Innovative Service Solutions are:

  • Cost Control
  • Controlled Operating Cost
  • Controlled Utility Bill
  • Efficient Operation
  • Reliable Equipment
  • Reduced Untimely and Expensive Breakdowns
  • Assured Occupant Comfort
  • Convenient Service Scheduling
  • Reduced Administrative Cost
  • Increased System Value
  • Extended Equipment Life

Your HVAC and Control System depends upon preventive maintenance and expert service for optimum performance. When equipment breaks, you need a service technician to repair it, however, with regular maintenance, fewer breakdowns will occur. Therefore, the trick is finding the perfect balance between maintenance and repair.

With Innovative Service Solutions you determine the right solution for your facility by selecting which service plan at what level and how often. We will then draft your Planned Maintenance Service Agreement in order to present you with a thorough and complete proposal for your review.

When should I repair older equipment and when do I need to replace it?

When you’re frustrated with an equipment breakdown, it can be tempting to find the least expensive "quick fix" to get on with your life in relative comfort. That "quick fix" may be the least expensive now, but it may not give you the most value — or cost you the least — in the long run.

Paying for repairs to an old or inefficient system often simply prolongs the inevitable. It’s almost like putting a bandage on a serious injury. An older system that breaks down once is likely to break down again ... and again. That means more emergency service calls or, worse yet, the risk of damage to your facility or to other components of your heating and cooling system.

There’s also an ongoing cost factor to consider. Restoring your old system will only bring it back to its current level of energy efficiency. After you have recovered from the repair bills and the frustration of system breakdowns, you still won’t save on your energy bills.

Even six-year-old heat pumps and air conditioners are considered grossly inefficient by today’s energy efficiency standards. So are most furnaces built before 1980. So you could save up to 60% on your energy bills with new high-efficiency equipment. That’s why installing a new heating and cooling system can actually pay for itself in energy savings within a relatively short time.

When one component of your system breaks down unexpectedly, it’s easy to just focus on repairing or replacing that component. But each part of your system works with the others to boost efficiency and reliability.

Replacing your old heating system with a new higher-efficiency model but leaving your old mechanical thermostat in place, for example, won’t allow you to enjoy all the efficiency advantages the heating system has to offer. Likewise, if you install a new heating system but don’t get a humidifier, the air will seem cooler, forcing you to operate your new system at a higher temperature to be comfortable. Plus, you can often save on installation costs if you have several components of your system (for example, a heating system and a cooling system) replaced at the same time.
